Little Leaf was created to empower and support expecting birthing people in their individual birth choices. I aim to give you as much evidence-based information as I can for you to feel ready and positive no matter what path your birth journey takes. Remember birth is not linear. A positive birth is one that is RESPECTED, SUPPORTED and INFORMED. It is NOT dependant on how you birth your baby.

Notes on Little Leaf Services:

• If you need to cancel or change a booking please just call or message me. I know life is super busy - I ask that you communicate with me

• I am not a medically trained professional. What I do is prepare you to ask the relevant questions to your midwives/ Obstetricians /Consultants and provide you with unbiased unfiltered evidence-based information. I support you when you feel pressured and offer lots of opportunities to feel calm and relaxed to help you, your baby and your birth.

• I cannot guarantee a perfect waterbirth under the stars as you sneeze barely noticing your baby has been born. That is not what preparing for birth is about. We look at all of our options- Ceasarians, Inductions, Homebirths so YOU can make your decision.

• If you sign up for a class/fill in a form I will send you useful information via email occasionally but you can just ask to be taken off the list.

• Your birth stories, pictures and what is shared in our antenatal classes will not be advertised unless permission has been granted.
