Private Antenatal Classes, Hypnobirthing and Support

Every pregnancy, birth and family is different, so your private support should be too.

Whether you are looking for a complete antenatal course, private hypnobirthing, birth plan support or a mixture of topics, we can shape the sessions around what you actually need.

Sessions can include:

• Birth preparation and your choices
• Hypnobirthing and comfort techniques
• Induction and caesarean birth
• Birth partner preparation
• Newborn care and feeding
• Birth planning and individual questions

You can come to my North Devon venue, I can come to you, or we can meet online.
