 Every pregnancy, birth and family is different, which is why my private classes are designed around you.

Whether you are looking for full antenatal education, hypnobirthing, VBAC support, birth planning, newborn care, feeding preparation, or a one off workshop to build your confidence, we can shape the support around what you actually need.

Private classes can cover pregnancy, birth, your options, comfort measures, induction, caesarean birth, birth partner support, hypnobirthing techniques, newborn care, baby feeding, safe sleep, nappies, winding, baby massage and those little practical things that make the early days feel less overwhelming.

You can choose from a comprehensive 10 hour antenatal course, a 12.5 hour antenatal and hypnobirthing course, a birth plan and hypnobirthing workshop, or a newborn workshop or we can create something more fitting for your journey- Maybe its a VBAC you are aiming for? If you are not sure which option is right for you, that is completely normal.

I can come to your home, you can come to my venue, or we can meet online.

The best place to start is with a free video call. Think of it as an introduction meeting rather than a sales call. You can meet me, tell me a little about your pregnancy, and we can chat through the options together.

I am a birth specialist, not a salesperson, so there is absolutely no pressure to book. The call is simply a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for me, and decide what support feels right for you and your birth partner.
