How to get a good latch, what to expect in the early days. Where can you get help if you would like it?
Birth Partners Role
What could your birth partner say, what can they do? We have a nice list of suggestions for you both.
Birth Plan/preferences options and icons
Make sure you are aware of all your options for first, second and third stages of labour
Review of fears and desires
We go through and make sure we have answered any of your questions and concerns.
Final script reading and next steps
We finish with a wonderful script reading and you have everything you need to continue your pregnancy with a confident calm and positive mindset. Talk about bump bonding and Birth plan design.
